MM Simulation Announces Appleton International Airport for MSFS — Their First US Project
MM Simulation ventures into the US market with Appleton International Airport in Wisconsin, their first American airport project for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
MM Simulation has revealed plans for their first airport project in the United States — Appleton International Airport (KATW) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Fox Valley's Regional Hub
Appleton International serves Wisconsin's Fox Cities region, offering domestic connections through American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, and Allegiant Air to major hubs like Chicago, Minneapolis, and Atlanta. It's a smaller regional airport, but one that fills a gap in the MSFS scenery catalog for the upper Midwest.

Specific development details haven't been shared yet, but MM Simulation has released early preview images showing their initial work on the scenery. The developer says additional previews and updates will follow as the project progresses.
This marks a notable expansion for MM Simulation, which has previously focused on airports outside the US market. Moving into American regional airports opens up a large and underserved category in the flight sim scenery space.
We'll keep you posted as more details emerge.
