FlightFX has announced that their Piaggio P.180 Avanti II will launch for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on March 12, 2026. In a significant development, the aircraft is now an officially licensed product by Baykar Piaggio, marking a major milestone for the developer.

The MSFS 2024-native version has been built from the ground up to take full advantage of the new simulator's capabilities. According to FlightFX CEO Nick Sdoucos, the official license "reflects our commitment to representing the Piaggio P.180 Avanti II accurately, partnering properly, and continuing to refine the experience through meaningful updates over time."
