Free GSX Profile Manager Helps Track Missing Airport Profiles
New freeware utility scans your MSFS community folder and identifies which airports are missing GSX Pro profiles, streamlining ground service configuration.
A new freeware tool called Dave's GSX Profile Manager aims to solve one of the most common organizational headaches for GSX Pro users: keeping track of which airports have custom ground service profiles installed.

The Profile Problem
While GSX Pro includes a database of default gates, the community-created profiles found on FlightSim.to provide the precise pushback paths, custom vehicle placements, and gate-specific details that users expect. As scenery libraries grow, it becomes increasingly difficult to remember which airports have been configured and which are still using generic defaults.
How It Works
The tool scans your MSFS community folder and cross-references installed scenery against your GSX Pro profiles. This creates a clear list showing:
- Which airports have profiles installed
- Which airports are missing profiles
- Quick access to find matching profiles
FlightSim.to Integration
When the tool identifies a missing profile, a dedicated button opens FlightSim.to with the specific airport ICAO already entered in the search bar, making it easy to find and download the right configuration.
Compatibility
Dave's GSX Profile Manager works with both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024. The developer notes this is an early version and some bugs may still be present.
